มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ ได้ดำเนินโครงการนวัตกรรมด้านพลังงานและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ดังนี้
1. โครงการอบรมการประยุกต์ใช้พลังงานทดแทนตามแนวพระราชดำริ
2. โครงการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องปรับอากาศภายในมหาวิทยาลัย
3. โครงการประกวดผลงานแม่บ้านประจำอาคารอนุรักษ์พลังงานดีเด่น
4. โครงการประกวดผลงานของนักศึกษาด้านอนุรักษ์พลังงาน
5. โครงการปลูกจิตสำนึกด้านการอนุรักษ์พลังงานให้แก่นักศึกษา
6. การเพิ่มคุณค่าและพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวแบบคาร์บอนต่ำ (Low – Carbon Tourism) ที่เป็นมิตร กับสิ่งแวดล้อมต่อยอดจากการท่องเที่ยวเชิงกีฬา โดยชุมชนบนดินแดนภูเขาไฟบุรีรัมย์สู่การยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและอาชีพในการพึ่งตนเองอย่างยั่งยืน
7. รูปแบบการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อการบำบัดด้วยภูมิปัญญาและวัฒนธรรมชุมชนต่อสุขภาวะในการดำเนินชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ ในจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
8. การวิเคราะห์คาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นต์ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์สู่การบริหารจัดการที่เป็นมิตรต่อ สิ่งแวดล้อม
9. นวัตกรรมการพัฒนาและเพิ่มมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ผักตบชวาที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อยกระดับ ความสามารถในการแข่งขันและวางรากฐานทางเศรษฐกิจ
10. การบริหารจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมชุมชนเพื่อก่อให้เกิดการสร้างงานและสร้างรายได้ในชุมชนขจัด ความยากจนแบบเบ็ดเสร็จและแม่นยำ กรณีชุมชนในอำเภอกระสัง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
11. การพัฒนาวัสดุเหลือทิ้งจากเปลือกเมล็ดยางพาราในรูปแบบของถ่านกัมมันต์และออกแบบชุด กรองเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพน้ำ ตำบลสายตะกู อำเภอบ้านกรวด จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
12. การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อมจากเส้นใยกล้วยเพื่อก่อให้เกิดการสร้างงานและสร้างรายได้ ให้กับกลุ่มเกษตรกรอำเภอโนนสุวรรณจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
13. การพัฒนาวัสดุเหลือใช้เพื่อผลิตเป็นแท่งเชื้อเพลิงชีวมวล ในตำบลหนองโสน อำเภอนางรอง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เพื่อยกระดับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจฐานรากบนทรัพยากรในท้องถิ่นที่สามารถพึ่งพา ตนเองได้อย่างยั่งยืน
14. การพัฒนาวัสดุปลูกด้วยของเหลือทิ้งจากกระบวนการเพาะปลูกพืชสกุลกัญชาเพื่อใช้ในภาค การเกษตร
15. โครงการรูปแบบนวัตกรรมการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงภูมิวัฒนธรรมเพื่อสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้านเศรษฐกิจและ ความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ชุมชนบ้านหนองตาไก้ ตำบลหนองกง อำเภอนางรอง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
16. นวัตกรรมการลดต้นทุนการผลิตโดยดัดแปลงสามล้อไฟฟ้าเพื่อการเกษตรใช้พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ตำบลหูทำนบ อำเภอปะคำ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
17. การสร้างนวัตกรรมด้วยวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรภายใต้หลักเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน เพื่อยกระดับ เศรษฐกิจฐานรากชุมชนบ้านโนนดินแดงหมู่ 15 ตำบลโนนดินแดง อำเภอโนนดินแดง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
18. นวัตกรรมการฟักไขด้วยพลังงานโซล่าเซลล์สำหรับขยายพันธุ์ไก่พื้นเมือง เพื่อยกระดับรายได้ในครัวเรือน ของเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงไก่ ในตำบลสระแก้ว อำเภอหนองหงส์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
19. นวัตกรรมการใช้แทนนินจากธรรมชาติในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าทอพื้นเมืองที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม ชุมชนบ้านสนวนพัฒนา ตำบลโคกสะอาด อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
Buriram Rajabhat University has implemented the following energy and climate change innovation projects:
1. Training project on the application of renewable energy in line with the royal initiative
2. Air conditioner maintenance project within the university
3. Outstanding energy conservation building housekeeper competition project
4. Energy conservation student competition project
5. Energy conservation awareness project for students
6. Adding value and developing low-carbon tourism that is environmentally friendly, extending from sports tourism by communities in the volcanic land of Buriram to improve the quality of life and sustainable self-reliance
7. Environmental management model for treatment using community wisdom and culture for the well-being of the elderly in Buriram Province
8. Carbon footprint analysis of Buriram Rajabhat University towards environmentally friendly management
9. Innovation in developing and adding value to environmentally friendly water hyacinth products to improve competitiveness and lay the foundation for the economy
10. Community environmental management to create jobs and generate income in the community, completely and accurately eradicating poverty, in the case of communities in Krasang District Buriram Province
11. Development of waste materials from rubber seed shells in the form of activated carbon and design of a filter set to improve water quality, Sai Taku Subdistrict, Ban Kruat District, Buriram Province
12. Development of environmental products from banana fibers to create jobs and generate income for farmer groups in Non Suwan District, Buriram Province
13. Development of waste materials to produce biomass fuel rods in Nong Son Subdistrict, Nang Rong District, Buriram Province to enhance the development of the grassroots economy on local resources that can sustainably support themselves
14. Development of planting materials using waste from the cultivation process of cannabis plants for use in the agricultural sector
15. Innovative model project for cultural tourism management to create added economic value and environmental sustainability, Nong Takai Community, Nong Kong Subdistrict, Nang Rong District, Buriram Province
16. Innovation to reduce production costs by modifying electric tricycles for agriculture to use solar energy, Hu Thap Subdistrict, Pakham District, Buriram Province
17. Creation of innovations with agricultural waste materials under the principles of a circular economy to enhance the grassroots economy of Ban Non-Din Daeng Community, Village No. 15, Non-Din Daeng Subdistrict Non-Din Daeng District, Buriram Province
18. Innovation in incubating eggs using solar energy for breeding native chickens to increase household income of chicken farmers in Sa Kaeo Subdistrict, Nong Hong District, Buriram Province
19. Innovation in using natural tannin in the production process of environmentally friendly native fabrics, Ban Sanuan Phatthana Community, Khok Saat Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province
