SI1 สัดส่วนของพื้นที่เปิดโล่งต่อพื้นที่ทั้งหมด (The ratio of open space area to the total area)
ตามประกาศกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมเรื่องการกำหนดให้สถาบันอุดมศึกษาสังกัดกลุ่มสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2565 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มที่ 3 คือ กลุ่มพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่นหรือชุมชนอื่น (Area Based & Community) คือ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาที่มุ่งพัฒนาชุมชนเชิงพื้นที่ให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ด้วยการถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคโนโลยี สร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ชุมชนและสังคม ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของท้องถิ่นและภูมิภาค โดยเป้าหมายของสถาบันอุดมศึกษากลุ่มนี้ต้องการเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับประเทศในระดับครัวเรือนและชุมชนเพื่อส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจฐานรากให้เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนพร้อมยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตรวมถึงความเป็นอยู่ของสมาชิกในชุมชนให้ดีขึ้นโดยการนำความรู้มาพัฒนาและแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกับชุมชนหรือเกษตรกรซึ่งจะทำให้เกิดการจ้างงานและสร้างรายได้ในพื้นที่
มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ แบ่งเป็น 3 วิทยาเขต ได้แก่
- วิทยาเขตหลัก ตั้งอยู่ที 439 ถนนจิระ ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
- ศูนย์บริการการศึกษาหนองขวาง ตั้งอยู่ที่189 หมู่ 7 บ้านหนองขวาง ตำบลพระครู อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
- ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ปะคำตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ตั้งอยู่ที่ ถ. อรัญประเทศ-นางรอง ตำบล หูทำนบ อำเภอ ปะคำ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์
มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ มีพื้นที่รวมทั้งหมด 4,565,689.49 ตารางเมตร
โดยแบ่งเป็นวิทยาเขตดังนี้
- วิทยาเขตหลัก อำเภอเมือง มีพื้นที่ 467,743.617 ตารางเมตร
- ศูนย์บริการการศึกษา หนองขวาง อำเภอคูเมือง มีพื้นที่ 1,146,655.912 ตารางเมตร
- ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ปะคำตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อำเภอปะคำ มีพื้นที่ 2,951,289.961 ตารางเมตร
มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์มีอาคาร ทั้งชิ้นจำนวน100 หลัง และมีพื้นที่รวม 277,365 ตารางเมตร โดยแบ่งเป็น
- วิทยาเขตหลัก จำนวน 89 หลัง มีพื้นที่รวม 270,525 ตารางเมตร และ
- ศูนย์บริการการศึกษา หนองขวาง จำนวน 9 หลังมีพื้นที่รวม 2,160 ตารางเมตร
- ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ปะคำตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อำเภอปะคำ จำนวน 2 หลัง มีพื้นที่ รวม 4,680 ตารางเมตร
และได้แยกพื้นที่ออกเป็นส่วน อาคาร ป่า สวน ทางเท้า อาคารจอดรถ สนามกีฬา เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและการจัดการภายใน ดังนี้
- วิทยาเขตหลัก อำเภอเมือง มีพื้นที่ 467,743.617 ตารางเมตร
- ศูนย์บริการการศึกษา หนองขวาง อำเภอคูเมือง มีพื้นที่ 1,146,655.912 ตารางเมตร
- ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ปะคำตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง อำเภอปะคำ มีพื้นที่ 2,951,289.961 ตารางเมตร
มีพื้นที่รวมทั้งหมด 4,565,689.49 ตารางเมตร
- พื้นที่เปิดโล่ง 1,216,324.49 ตารางเมตร
อัตราส่วนพื้นที่เปิดโล่งต่อพื้นที่ทั้งหมด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26.64 (1:3.75)
เฉพาะในพื้นที่หลัก มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ พื้นที่อาคารทั้งหมด 236,817 ตร.ม ถนนมีพื้นที่ 56106 ตร.ม. พื้นที่จอดรถ 34,988 ตร.ม. พื้นที่รอบบ่อน้ำ 13,749 ตรม. บ่อน้ำ 14,082 ตรม. พื้นที่สวน 17,730 ตรม. พื้นที่คอนกรีตรอบอาคาร 49,915 ตรม. พื้นที่โรงเรียนสาธิต มรภ.บร 9,471.739 ตรม.
According to the announcement by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation regarding the categorization of higher education institutions for the fiscal year 2022, Buriram Rajabhat University falls within Group 3, which focuses on Area-Based & Community Development. This category includes higher education institutions dedicated to community-based development, aimed at making communities centers of learning by transferring knowledge and technology to strengthen them. This approach is intended to contribute to sustainable local and regional development.
The goal of institutions in this group is to strengthen households and communities at the national level to promote a resilient and sustainable grassroots economy. Additionally, it seeks to enhance the quality of life and well-being of community members by using knowledge to collaboratively develop solutions with communities and farmers. This initiative will lead to local employment opportunities and income generation.

1. Main Campus is located at 439 Jira Road, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Buriram Province.

Buriram Rajabhat University the main campus is located in the city area. Nongkwang Educational Service Center and Pakham Learning Center are located in the rural area.

Buriram Rajabhat University has 100 buildings in total and has a total ground floor area of 55,473 square meters, and has a total area of 277,365 square meters, divided into:
1. The main Campus, 89 buildings with a total area of 270,525 square meters and total ground floor area of 55,233 square meters.
2. Pakham Learning Center based on the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, Pakham District, 2 buildings, with a total ground floor area of 4,680 square meters and total ground floor area of 240 square meters.
3. Nong Khwang Educational Service Center, 9 buildings with a total area of 2,160 square meters.
Buriram Rajabhat University has a total area in the campus designated as forested land is 1,792,000 square meters (39.24 percent). With an area in the campus designated for planting trees is 1,280,000 square meters (28.03 percent) and total area in the campus designated for water absorption, excluding forested and tree-planting areas, is 192,000 square meters (4.21%).
